Animal

A for Animal.

Phew, got this done. Do you ever get that feeling after watching an inspiring speedpaint process or a tutorial that hey, I can do that too, and then while you're trying you realize that nope I can't. Well, this here is what happened to me. I had all kinds of beautiful visions of how I'm going to actually paint it and make at least a semi-realistic version of this but at some point… yeah. I can't paint orz So here's some lazy shading, zero knowledge of perspective and light directions and a poor excuse of a drumset. I don't know where that chain on his neck is going he's probably tied up somewhere off pic and how do I even chain in the first place and I'll shut up now or I'm gonna end up not uploading this.

That being said, honestly, I'm actually rather pleased with this. It didn't turn out as I originally wanted, but that's just my lack of skill, and I hope to get there someday, there's still time to practice. I basically f*cked up the lightning, but it still ended up looking fairly all right, and I actually do like how those drums look, despite the fact that I just slammed them in there knowing absolutely nothing of how I actually should do it. But it looks like Animal, I like the pose and his expression, and how I managed the effects and the metallic look on the drums and the chains. Yes it could be better, but hey, it's not that bad imo. I really enjoyed drawing this guy, he was a challenge being neither a human or, well, an animal, but something else entirely, and he's really a wonderful character~

Now, onto B. Suggestions for characters would highly appreciated c: More info of that here [link]. Btw, I'm going to do two B's - one character of my own choosing (just because I found my new favorite character _{for the time being} whose name starts with B and I just want to draw him, you'll see then who it is) and one that I choose from suggestions, since drawing characters suggested to me is the point of this project-challenge-thing. So yeah, I'd be much obliged for suggestions, thanks :>
