Wow why was this so hard to figure out, I was going for something deep and personal but nope actually this works just fine. Rus has always been fascinated with the sky and parkour, while a way to get away was also her way to get up closer to it, and while being Reshiram she got to experience it first hand, and now she'd give a lot more to do it again. She doesn't want to switch species, she'd just want to fly.
